 Quality is number 1!
We cover manufacturer's defects. We highly recommend that you verify your shipment as soon as it arrives and check each item thoroughly. All defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt to info@sacogrande.com.
We will respond quickly with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and give you proper instructions - see our return policy procedure below.
RMA Process - We can only accept returns that have an RMA number
1. Please report the defect or return to us by email to info@sacogrande.com within 5 business days of receipt
2. We will email you a RMA form within 1 business day, please complete form and email back within 1 business day
3. You will receive a response from us with your RMA # and shipping instructions within 1 business day
4. Your product must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the RMA# and instructions
5. Credit or replacement will occur once product is received, inspected and in compliance with our return policy
6. Credits are applied to future purchases

Credit - Please note that Credit will be given upon receipt and inspection of goods. Kindly note that there are no cash refunds. Credits are applied to future purchases.
